Thank you for choosing the DCOLOR Digital Converter Box. This device allows you to receive and record free over-the-air (OTA) digital television broadcasts. Its compact design and versatile features make it an ideal solution for modernizing older TVs, connecting to projectors, or simply enhancing your viewing experience with DVR capabilities.

3.1. Device Ports and Features

• Dalja HDMI: Connects to your TV, monitor, or projector for high-definition video and audio.
• USB 2.0 Input: Used for connecting a USB drive for DVR recording and media playback.
• Power Supply Interface (DC 5V): Connects the device to power via the provided USB to DC cable.
• Infrared (IR) Connection: Port for the external IR receiver, allowing remote control even when the box is hidden.

The included remote control is designed to simplify your entertainment setup. It can learn basic functions from your existing TV remote, allowing you to control both your TV and the converter box with a single device. This reduces clutter and enhances user convenience.

1. Lidhja e antenës: Connect your digital TV antenna to the Antenna Input port (5) on the converter box.
2. Lidhni HDMI: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI Output port (1) on the converter box and the other end into an available HDMI input on your TV, monitor, or projector.
3. Lidhni marrësin IR: Plug the IR Receiver cable into the IR Connection port (4). Position the IR receiver in a location where it has a clear line of sight to your remote control.
4. Ndezja: Connect the USB to DC cable to the Power Supply Interface (3) on the converter box. Plug the USB end into a 5V USB port on your TV or use a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The device will power on automatically.
5. Zgjidhni hyrjen: Turn on your TV/monitor and select the correct HDMI input source that the converter box is connected to.
6. Skanimi i kanalit: Upon first use, the device will prompt you to perform a channel scan. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan for available digital channels in your area. This process may take several minutes.

5.1. Channel Browsing and Viewing

• Përdorni CH +/- buttons on the remote to navigate through channels.
• Shtypni OK button to bring up the channel list and select a channel directly.
• Shtypni INFO butoni një herë për të view current program information. Press it twice for detailed signal information.

5.2. Funksioni i Regjistrimit DVR

• Insert a USB drive (not included) into the USB 2.0 Input port (2).
• Shtypni REC button on the remote to start recording the current program. Press it again to stop.
• To schedule recordings, use the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) or the TIMER butonin.
• Shtypni PVR button to access your recorded programs for playback.

• Shtypni EPG button on the remote to view the Electronic Program Guide.
• Browse through channels and upcoming programs. You can schedule recordings directly from the EPG.

5.4. Luajtja e medias

• Shtypni MENU button and navigate to the Multimedia section to select Music, Photo, or Movie playback.

6. Troubleshooting

• Nuk ka sinjal: Ensure your antenna is properly connected and positioned. Perform a new channel scan. Check the TV's input source.
• Problemet e regjistrimit: Verify the USB drive is correctly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the USB drive is formatted to a compatible file sistem (p.sh., FAT32, NTFS).
• Telekomanda nuk përgjigjet: Check the IR receiver's connection and ensure it has a clear line of sight to the remote. Replace remote batteries if necessary.
• Problemet e shfaqjes: Check the HDMI cable connection. Adjust resolution settings in the device's menu if the display is distorted.
