5.2 Lidhjet e instalimeve elektrike
- Identify the input (source) and output (load) terminals. The terminals are typically marked or indicated by diagrams on the device.
- Connect the DC positive (+) lead from your solar array or source to the designated positive input terminal.
- Connect the DC negative (-) lead from your solar array or source to the designated negative input terminal.
- Connect the DC positive (+) lead to your inverter, charge controller, or battery bank from the designated positive output terminal.
- Connect the DC negative (-) lead to your inverter, charge controller, or battery bank from the designated negative output terminal.
- Ensure all wire connections are tight and secure using a suitable screwdriver. Recommended torque specifications should be followed if provided on the device or packaging.
- Verify correct polarity for all connections to prevent damage to your PV system components.

6. Udhëzimet e funksionimit
6.1 Turning the Circuit Breaker ON/OFF
- Te ndezesh: Push the operating handle upwards. The indicator window should display E KUQE, signifying that the circuit is closed and power is flowing.
- Për ta fikur: Pull the operating handle downwards. The indicator window should display E GJELBËR, signifying that the circuit is open and power flow is interrupted.
6.2 Automatic Tripping
In the event of an overcurrent or short circuit, the circuit breaker will automatically trip to the OFF position, protecting your system. The handle will move downwards, and the indicator window will show E GJELBËR.
Before resetting a tripped breaker, investigate and resolve the cause of the trip. Do not repeatedly reset a breaker without addressing the underlying issue.
7. Mirëmbajtja
The TOMZN TOB7Z-63 circuit breaker is designed for minimal maintenance. However, periodic checks are recommended:
- Inspektimi vizual: Inspektoni rregullisht ndërprerësin e qarkut për çdo shenjë dëmtimi fizik, ndryshim ngjyre ose lidhje të lirshme.
- Pastërtia: Keep the circuit breaker free from dust, dirt, and moisture. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
- Kontrollet e lidhjes: Periodically check terminal screws to ensure they remain tight.
- Mos e çmontoni: Do not attempt to open or repair the circuit breaker. Internal repairs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service personnel.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your circuit breaker, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Udhëtimet e shpeshta me ndërprerje:
- Mbingarkesa: The connected load may exceed the breaker's rated current. Reduce the load or ensure the breaker rating is appropriate for the circuit.
- Qark i shkurtër: A direct connection between positive and negative conductors. Inspect wiring for damage, frayed insulation, or incorrect connections.
- Defekt në tokë: Current leaking to ground. Check for insulation breakdown in wiring or equipment.
- Ndërprerësi nuk rivendoset:
- A persistent fault (overload or short circuit) may still be present. Resolve the fault before attempting to reset.
- If no fault is present and the breaker still won't reset, it may be damaged and require replacement.
- No Power to Load When Breaker is ON:
- Check all wiring connections for looseness or incorrect installation.
- Verify that the power source (e.g., solar panels) is producing voltage.
- Test the breaker for continuity if you suspect internal failure (only by qualified personnel).
