EPH Controls TR1 and TR2 devices are pre-paired during manufacturing. If re-pairing is required, hold the Connect button on the TR1 for 3 seconds until the light flashes, then hold the Connect button on the TR2 for 3 seconds. The LEDs will solidify when connected.
