To pair the remote on most McLaren-licensed toys, insert 2 AAA batteries, press and hold the forward/reverse (or pairing) buttons until the indicator flashes, then turn on the vehicle's power. A steady light indicates a successful pairing.
Fully charge the 12V or 24V battery for 8-12 hours before its first use. Routine charging shouldn't exceed 15-20 hours to prevent damage to the battery.
