Use a reset needle to push the Reset Button located inside the interior battery compartment. Hold it for about 10 seconds until you hear one long beep and two short beeps.
The default user code is typically 3494. It is highly recommended to change this code immediately after installation using the U-tec app or keypad programming.
If the battery runs out, you can use the mechanical backup key included with your lock to open the door. Some models also support an external emergency power supply (like a 9V battery or power bank via USB) to temporarily power the keypad.
Auto Lock can be enabled through the U-tec app settings. On some models, you can also enable it manually via the keypad by holding a specific number button (refer to your specific model's manual for key combinations).
