4. Konfigurimi

Follow these steps to set up your StarTech.com SDOCK2U33RE:

5.1. Standalone Duplication

The SDOCK2U33RE allows for sector-by-sector cloning of a source drive to a destination drive without a host computer.

1. Ensure the duplicator is powered on and in duplication mode (PC/COPY LED is red).

2. Connect the duplicator to your computer using the provided USB 3.0 cable or eSATA cable.
3. Insert your SATA HDD/SSD into either bay. The drives will appear as external storage on your computer.
4. The device is plug-and-play and does not require drivers for most operating systems (Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Linux).

5.3. Drive Compatibility

The SDOCK2U33RE supports 2.5" and 3.5" SATA HDDs and SSDs of any capacity. It is also compatible with 4Kn drives. For other media types like mSATA or IDE, adapters (sold separately) may be required.
