Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

Udhëzuesi i konfigurimit

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Bashkangjitni Mbështetësen e Tavolinës: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Lidhni celularin: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).
3. Connect to Network (Ethernet):
   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.

6. Nisja fillestare: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.

Advanced Call Functions

Using the Display and Soft Keys

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Posta zanore

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Posta zanore button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Drejtoria/Kontaktet

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Drejtoria soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Telefono soft key to initiate a call.

Kontrolli i volumit

Adjust the volume during a call using the Vëllimi lart dhe Ulja e volumit buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

Pastrimi i telefonit
