The KitchenAid KQ908 Digital Kitchen Scale features a sleek glass surface with stainless steel accent trim. It includes an oversized knob for setting units of measurement and a large 1.0" backlit display for easy reading. 1. Ndez/Fik

To turn on the scale, press the central rotating knob.
To turn off the scale, press and hold the central rotating knob for a few seconds until the display turns off. The scale will also auto shut-off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

To add another ingredient, press the central rotating knob again to tare the scale to zero. Add the next ingredient. Repeat this process for all ingredients.
te view the total weight of all ingredients and the container, remove the container from the scale. The display will show a negative value representing the total weight.
