Sherpa® One-Year Limited Warranty: Sherpa® warrants that for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Please retain proof of purchase; proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If Sherpa® determines a new product to be an appropriate replacement, it will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and is not transferable. The aforementioned Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered and Sherpa® disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied (including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose). Additionally, Sherpa® disclaims any and all liability for consequential damages resulting from the use or ownership of this product.
