It features an automatic air assist system, an industrial-grade X-axis guide rail, and a robust frame, making it suitable for both engraving and cutting tasks. • Sturdy and Durable Frame: Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, the frame can withstand up to 50KG of weight, ensuring long-term durability and precision. The modular design allows for future laser upgrades.

Follow these steps to assemble your SCULPFUN S30 laser engraver. Refer to the detailed assembly guide provided in the box for visual instructions.

7. Connect Mainboard: Connect all motor, laser, and limit switch cables to the 32-bit air assist mainboard.

7.3. Preparing Your Design

Import your design into the software (e.g., LightBurn). Adjust parameters such as power, speed, and number of passes according to the material type and desired outcome. For automatic air assist, ensure the M8 command is enabled in LightBurn for cutting operations.
