Locate the memory card tray slot. Insert the provided ejection pin into the small hole on the tray to release it. Place the MicroSD card onto the tray with the gold-colored contacts facing downward, then gently slide the tray back into the device until it clicks.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for several seconds until the device completely shuts off or reboots.
