-
How do I pair an emitter to my Ellard tubular motor?
Generally, for many Ellard motors, you power on the motor, press the P2 button on the emitter twice, and then press the UP button. The motor usually jogs or beeps to confirm pairing.
-
How do I reset my Ellard motor to factory settings?
On many models, such as the DM series, press and hold the program button (P1 on the motor head) for approximately 10-14 seconds until the motor jogs multiple times (often 3 or 4 times).
-
What should I do if my Ellard motor stops and will not restart immediately?
Check if the motor has overheated. Tubular motors have a thermal protection time (typically 4 minutes of continuous running). Allow the motor to cool down for approximately 20 minutes before operating again.
