Hapi 1: Take the contents out of the box, and make sure all components are present.

Hapi 2: Install the wall/glass mount or desk stand, and check the designated mount/stand manual for instructions. We strongly advise using a manual screwdriver instead of power tools due to the risk of causing damage to the device.

Start and configure the ProDVX device.

Power on the device by connecting either: PoE+ cable or a Power adapter

  All configuration elements and additional features will remain in their disabled/default state.

  - Configure the Network connection from the start.

  Upload a pre-defined configuration in JSON format.
- D. Start Wizard
  - Proceed through the wizard to configure ProDVX features.
  - Set screen sleep interval, or Default for automatic sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity (EcoDesign).
Step 3: Apply Configuration
Once the configuration is complete, the device will automatically reboot to apply the changes.

Step 4: Additional Setup (if applicable)
- Configure IEEE 802.1X for LAN or Wi-Fi connection.

How can I dispose of the battery in the product?

Please return the product to a certified repair center for proper replacement of the battery. Battery disposal can be dangerous and should be handled with care.

Can I use power tools to attach the device to the mount or stand?

It is preferred not to use power tools as they may cause damage to the device. Please use a manual screwdriver for installation.
